Weicon receives award
Once again, Weicon, a manufacturer of adhesives and sealants based in Münster, Germany, was honored by PVH as one of the best partners of the technical trade. In the "Chemical Products" category, the family-owned company reached a very good 2nd place.
The PVH is the Federal Association of Production Connection Trade, to which many technical dealers belong who also work closely with Weicon.
The PVH awards the prize in cooperation with the Working Group Tools (AKW) of the Central Association of the Hardware Trade.
Partner of the PVH
For the 22nd time, PVH in cooperation with the Work Group Tools (Arbeitskreis Werkzeuge) called on technical dealers in Germany at the beginning of the year to vote for their best industrial partners from the past twelve months.
The partners were identified from the areas of precision tools, hand tools, measuring tools, factory equipment, abrasives and release agents, fastening technology, occupational safety and chemical products.
The manufacturers were evaluated in these categories with regard to their loyalty to the specialist trade, their sales support, their behavior in the event of complaints, their product innovations and their data and digitization quality.
Second place in the chemical products category
A total of around 1,500 technical dealers in Germany were called upon to cast their votes. Weicon came second in the chemical products category in the voting with an average score of 2.29, making it once again one of the best suppliers to specialist retailers throughout Germany.
"We are very pleased to be among the top partners of the technical trade again this year. The award is based on a survey of dealers, with some of whom we have been working very closely and successfully for many years. The positive assessment of our performance is a nice confirmation of our work. However, we will not rest now, but will go full throttle in order to be in the top position again next year," says Patrick Neuhaus, Head of Sales in the D-A-CH region at Weicon.
